We offer our customers assistance and maintenance services, both directly and through our partners, to ensure that their systems are fully operational.
PRE-TREATMENT ADVICE
Initial analysis and advice by carrying out tests and sample runs on parts to be treated to check their mechanical characteristics.
According to their needs, we advise our customers either to seek the services of a treatment provider or to buy a furnace and, if so, which type of furnace.
We conduct a truly objective economic assessment to help customers choose the most cost-effective solution for their company
SETTING UP HEAT TREATMENT CYCLES
According to the materials to be treated and the results to be achieved, we also provide a service for setting up treatment cycles on the installations.
If the customer needs a new treatment cycle, we can help by setting it up free of charge, while also providing training for new furnace operators in our customer’s company.
MAINTENANCE OF VACUUM FURNACES
Our partner TAV Engineering S.r.l. is able to provide prompt service tasks directly on-site, both for routine and major maintenance, carried out by highly qualified personnel. The company adopts cutting-edge technology and can provide assistance with all types of vacuum furnaces.
